Typographical Errors: In the event that a DSLR Devices product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, DSLR Devices reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. DSLR Devices reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DLSR Devices shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Purchases / Prices / Payment: Published prices don’t include taxes, duties or shipping and may be changed without notice. Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express are accepted for telephone, web site and fax orders. Credit card arrangements are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders. Applicable law may prevent the sale of some products in your area.
Order Shipment: Orders will normally ship within 3 – 5 business days or less, after order is received, unless otherwise noted on our website. Orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Service: DSLR Devices reserves the right to substitute a comparable shipping service, to what is selected during checkout, in order to meet requested delivery times. All orders will ship using the DLSR Devices shipping account; we do not allow 3rd party shipping.

14 Day Trial Period: We are confident in the quality and performance of products. So much so that we give you 14 days to look our products over to see how we stack up. If you find that we fall short on performance, craftsmanship or quality, contact us for information of how to send your order back. Upon receipt you will be given a full refund for the purchase price of the DSLR Devices product, excluding any shipping costs. All items must be returned in ‘like new’, re-sellable condition to receive a full purchase price refund.

Product Returns and Refunds: No returns will be accepted without a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Email DSLR Devices to obtain your RMA#. All returns must be packaged carefully as when received and returned in the original packaging. The returned item(s) should be insured for the purchase value of the contents, in the case of shipping damage or loss. All shipping cost associated with the return is at the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in re-sellable condition to receive a full purchase price refund. We reserve the right not to refund the entire price of the product if it is returned damaged.

Restocking Fees: DSLR Devices reserves the right to inspect any returned DSLR Devices product and apply a 20% re-stocking fee, if it is not in re-sellable, like new condition.

Limited Product Warranty: Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

When dealing with the counter weights, unpredictable changes of centre of balance may occur so be careful of fingers getting trapped or cameras falling. Be cautious at all times, as with any type of camera crane or larger equipment you use.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer: Caution is to be taken when using our products and we accept no responsibility for damage to person’s health or camera equipment. All products are made in very small batches so quality control is closely checked and all items have been tested to perform only between stated specs and weights.Therefore, DLSR Devices shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages (personal injury or financial) that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if DSLR Devices has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
